Watching these engaged couples dance the weekend away with literally ballroom dancing under the stars and light as well as throughout the whole retreat is one of our favorite parts of Pre-Cana. Their love, sitting on the verge of the sacrament of marriage, is so special and tender. It rejuvenates us and our marriage every single time. Please join us in praying for this upcoming Pre-Cana retreat! 🙏 I was recently asked to do a short talk of St. Pope John Paul II’s Fides et Ratio. I’m so used to talking about marriage and motherhood now that this was a bit out of my normal wheelhouse, but I so enjoyed diving deeper into this beautiful encyclical on the compatibility and connection of faith and reason. Together they fly to the ultimate truth- God. The end of another great year with a wonderful group of young women!
